An open, modular quadcopter platform for developers and operators. Designed collectively in the Arrow ecosystem; manufactured, flight-tested, and supported by Javelina Propeller Laboratory in Fort Davis, Texas. Three hot-swappable payload interfaces, distributed custom-PCB electronics, and centimeter-level RTK positioning.

Four custom PCBs — Battery, Main, Flight Controller, and Attachment Interface — individually serviceable in the field. The battery board provides state-of-charge, temperature monitoring, and a kill switch.
Sealed cockpit with rain canopies, drip-proof structures, and reverse-slope geometry for dust and water resistance. Folding motor arms bring it down to case-portable size.
Every Quiver aircraft manufactured by JPL carries a serial number conforming to ANSI/CTA-2063-A. The serial embeds JPL's ICAO-assigned four-character manufacturer code, a length character, and a unique per-aircraft alphanumeric sequence. The same serial is programmed into the aircraft's Remote ID broadcast module and permanently marked on the airframe.
Quiver's CAD, PCB designs (KiCad), ArduPilot configurations, and assembly documentation are published under the CERN Open Hardware Licence in the project-quiver repository. Full platform documentation lives at arrowair.com/docs/quiver.
